Bluewave Communications, Inc. is seeking a skilled tower technician to lead tower top activities and support RF projects across Florida.

The role requires strong hands-on ability with cell towers, small cells and related wireless infrastructure, including PIM and sweep testing, site troubleshooting, and turn-up. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of tower construction experience or 1+ year with TTT I/II certifications, plus the ability to read blueprints and OSHA-safety training.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; ability to read blueprints and specs.
• 2+ years tower construction or 1+ year with TTT I/II; certification required.
• Must read blueprints and specs; CAD-weld training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cell towers, small cells and wireless structures.
• Support foreman on tower top and RF technical lead.
• Perform PIM, sweep testing, site troubleshooting, integration and turn-up.
• Plan and mobilize staff and materials to meet schedule.
• Inspect subcontractors' work and manage punch lists.
• Maintain safety and conduct daily jobsite safety inspections.
• Work overtime including weekends/evenings as needed.
