Job summary

Responsibilities include operating towers in manual and auto modes, maintaining GMP in ready-to-eat areas, and complying with safety and food safety regulations, with overtime and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Accurate in taking samples and performing tests.
• Get along and work well with people.
• Must be able to read and write instructions in English.
• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize towers every two hours.
• Run towers in manual and auto mode.
• Perform accurate inventory of cheese bags.
• Break down tower during CIP.
• Understand chemicals and their uses.
• Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of cleaning chemicals per SDS and safety policies.
• Proper cleaning of block conveyor lines.
• Proper GMP in ready to eat area.
• Complies with occupational safety and health standards.
• Complies with food safety regulations (SQF, FDA, PMO).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and timely attendance required.
