Job summary

Motive Companies, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman in Corona, CA to lead a tower crew in installation, maintenance and repair of telecom systems. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of experience, 2 years supervising, and strong communication skills. T-Mobile experience is strongly preferred. Compensation is $30-35/hr with direct hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• ATTSA TCS certification.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to read diagrams.
• Knowledge of carrier color codes and azimuths.
• Clean driving record with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily site operations.
• Instructs and educates team members.
• Identifies and requisitions materials required.
• Reads diagrams and interprets plumbing diagrams.
• Notes project milestones and submits documentation.
• Transports team to job sites.
• Maintains company assets per policy.
• Analyzes situations and develops actions.
• Provides clear instructions to crew.
• Mitigates safety hazards and ensures safe duties.
• All other duties as required.
