Job summary

Motive Infrastructure Solutions in Corona, CA is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead a tower crew in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems at site. You will supervise field staff, coordinate materials, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, 2 years in supervision, and prefer T-Mobile familiarity. OSHA 30 and ATSSA/TCS certifications, plus a clean California driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams and understand carrier color codes.
• OSHA 30 and ATSSA/TCS certifications strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR in state of application.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and educates team members and directs tower crew activities.
• Identifies materials required and requisition them for projects.
• Reads and interprets plumbing/diagrams and supports project milestones.
• Transports team members to and from job sites and maintains assets.
• Ensures safety hazards are mitigated and work is performed safely.
• Completes and submits all required documentation accurately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Purpose and Scope:

The Tower Foreman is responsible for a tower crew in the direction of their work, relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication systems at tower sites.

Responsibilities:

• Instructs and educates team members.
• Identifies and requisitions materials required.
• Reads, comprehends and correctly interprets various plumbing diagrams.
• Notes and conveys project milestones.
• Properly completes and submits documentation.
• Transports team members to and from job sites.
• Maintains company-owned assets, such as vehicles, tools, and test equipment, according to policies and procedures.
• Accurately analyzes situations and develops an appropriate course of action.
• Provides accurate and complete instructions to crew.
• Recognizes and mitigates safety hazards, enabling duties to be performed in a safe manner.
• All other duties as required.

Experience:

• 5 Years of experience.
• 2 Years supervising and directing the work of others.
• T-Mobile experience is strongly preferred

Compensation: $30-35/hr
