Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Tower Crew Lead to supervise and perform construction duties for expedited commercial deployment of services. You will oversee subcontractors and site personnel to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.

The role requires climbing to heights up to 500 feet, coordinating inspections, and maintaining safety practices on active job sites. This is a full-time, on-site position with significant travel in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years tower construction background; read blueprints, details and specs.
• 2+ years tower construction with NWSA/TTT-1 Certification (written & practical).
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve sub-contractor work.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities.
• Plan and mobilize staff, materials and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress and deviations.
• Identify materials and resources to complete the project.
• Coordinate delivery and off-loading of towers, generators, shelters.
• Close out inspections and finalize the project.
