Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation in Richardson, TX seeks a Tower Crew Lead to supervise and perform construction duties for expedited commercial deployment of services. You will oversee subcontractors and site personnel to complete the scope of work.

Responsibilities include inspecting work, coordinating inspections with local authorities, planning resources, tracking progress, ensuring safety, and training crew members. Travel is nationwide up to 90% and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years tower construction experience; able to read blueprints, specs, and use test equipment.
• 2+ years leadership experience; NWSA/TTT-1 certification preferred.
• English language fluency required; ability to travel up to 90% and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve subcontractor work and coordinate with authorities.
• Schedule inspections and ensure timely completion against the progression schedule.
• Assign tasks, supervise crew, and train team members while maintaining safety standards.
