• Experience supervising tower construction or utility construction crews.
• Strong understanding of tower safety, rigging, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
• Proven leadership, with ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of tower construction crews, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility structures, towers, and related equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including job reports, safety logs, and material usage.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and career growth.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track.
