Job summary

ANCO Wireless is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead utility construction crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing towers and related infrastructure. This role supervises daily operations, ensures safety compliance, and meets project deadlines while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The position requires 3+ years in tower or utility construction, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with the ability to relocate to Rapid City, SD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tower construction or utility construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of tower safety, rigging techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to relocate to Rapid City, SD prior to start date.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 200 feet.
• Capacity to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as needed.

• $45/day per diem for meals while traveling.
