ANCO Wireless seeks an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead utility construction crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing tower infrastructure. You will supervise daily field activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive projects to meet deadlines with high workmanship.

This role requires relocation to Rapid City, SD before start and involves extensive on-site work. You will coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, oversee documentation, and mentor junior crew members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tower or utility construction with supervision experience
• Strong safety knowledge and rigging techniques
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specs

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews and assign tasks
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of towers and equipment
• Enforce OSHA and client safety requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet timelines
• Maintain project documentation including reports and safety logs
• Train and mentor crew members for skill development
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on track
