Job summary

ANCO Wireless is seeking Experienced Tower Technicians to safely install, construct, and maintain wireless towers and infrastructure. This role involves climbing towers above 300 feet, extensive travel, and outdoor work in various conditions.

Ideal candidates will be CDL-ready, able to travel nationwide, and committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork on remote and challenging sites.

Qualifications

• Tower climbing and working at heights.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (80%+).
• CDL Class A within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers and install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at elevations over 300 feet.
• Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and related gear.
• Read and apply construction drawings and scopes of work.
• Operate rigging/hoisting equipment with safe practices.
• Document site work with photos, checklists, and reports.
• Keep tools/equipment in safe working order.
• Follow OSHA and site safety guidelines and coordinate with supervisors.
