Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years tower construction background; ability to read blueprints, details and specifications, knowledge of Test Equipment, Sweep, PIM & Fiber, and Certification in each.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve sub-contractor’s work.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities.
• Plan, prioritize and mobilize staff, materials and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Ensure progress is communicated to the Construction Supervisor.
• Identify materials and resources needed to complete the project.
• Coordinate delivery and off-loading of towers and equipment.
• Complete all inspections to close the project.
• Assign tasks and supervise tower construction activities.
• Maintain SBA and OSHA safety practices and perform daily safety inspections.
