Job summary

Tower Communications Expert, LLC is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to direct day-to-day field activities for telecom, tower, and infrastructure projects across the Midwest. The role combines hands-on work with leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with supervisors and other crews.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom or infrastructure, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom, tower, civil, or infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring field crews.
• Strong safety and field execution knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Work hands-on with telecom, tower, civil, or infrastructure work.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, scopes, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Lead tailgate meetings and ensure JHAs are completed.
• Document progress, photos, and daily reporting.
• Support training and development of crew members.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on crew performance.
• Help build a positive, respectful jobsite culture.
