Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 5+ years in related field.
• Alternative: degree/certification beyond HS with 3+ years in related discipline.
• Or 7+ years in a related field.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Pre-hire DOT medical card is required.
• DOT Driver Qualification (DQ) file completion.
• Rollback tow truck experience preferred.
• 1–3 years driving a tow truck or frontend loader.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks and equipment to move vehicles on the lot.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles per safety guidelines.
• Respond to vehicle recovery/removal requests promptly.
• Support lot organization by staging vehicles for sale or pickup.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
