Cox Enterprises seeks a Tow Truck Driver/Loader to service auction lots and customer vehicles in Grove City, OH. You will operate a tow truck and a front-end loader, ensuring safe attachment, handling, and movement of vehicles in and around the lot.

The role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, 1–3 years of towing or loader experience, and a potential pre-hire DOT physical. A sign-on bonus is offered, with payments structured after 30 and 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• 1–3 years experience driving tow trucks or front-end loaders.
• Pre-hire DOT physical for medical card may be required.
• DOT Driver Qualification file completion may be required.
• A 5-panel drug test may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to provide tow service for customers on the lot and other locations.
• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles for auction and loading tasks.
• Safely attach/detach towing equipment to vehicles to prevent damage.
• Haul vehicles to designated areas in a safe and courteous manner.
• Scan towed vehicles with TC75 to tracking locations.
• Assist with towing, jump-starts, and unlocking vehicles as requested.
• Assist with Lot Vision or locating vehicles as needed.
• Tow vehicles to the Mechanic shop as requested.
• Remove improperly parked vehicles from lots as requested.
• Perform routine maintenance on tow truck and loader.
• Operate equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Support lot operations during non-tow operations and sale days.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in Safety Excellence programs.
• Run reports to move vehicles into sale TRA area for auction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May work overtime as business needs dictate.
