Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring for a Tow Truck Driver I - DOT to operate tow trucks and a front-end loader, ensuring safe movement of vehicles on the auction lot. The role requires DOT compliance, CDL consideration, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

The position is on-site with a day shift, and eligibility for additional compensation may apply. Minimum driving qualifications and pre-hire checks are part of the process as Cox Automotive maintains high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with several years in a related field.
• Alternate: degree/certification in related discipline plus 3 years of experience.
• Or 7 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks and equipment to move vehicles across the lot.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles.
• Respond to vehicle recovery requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records/logs of towed/moved vehicles.
