Cox Automotive is seeking a Tow Truck Operator to provide on-site towing and vehicle movement across the auction lot. You will operate tow trucks and a front-end loader, assist customers and staff, and ensure safe handling of all towed vehicles per safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience, with a valid driver’s license. Overtime may be required, and pay ranges hourly based on location and experience."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed, valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Operate tow trucks and other equipment to move trailers, heavy trucks, RVs, and boats around the lot.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles in accordance with company safety guidelines.
• Respond to requests for vehicle recovery, removals, or repositioning in a timely manner.
• Support lot organization by staging vehicles for sale, transport, inspection, or customer pickup.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
