Job summary

Paul's Auto Yard is seeking a Tow Truck Driver to provide prompt and professional towing services to customers in the Fort Wayne area. You will operate a flatbed tow truck, respond to dispatch calls, and ensure safety during loading and unloading of vehicles.

The role requires at least 1 year of towing experience, a valid For Hire endorsement, a current DOT physical, and a clean driving record. This is an on-site position with routine maintenance and documentation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the tow truck to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Follow all DOT, company, and local safety policies and procedures.

Summary/objective

Job Description

A Tow Truck Driver is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional towing services to our current and new customers.
