Overview

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Tow Truck operator to join our team. In this role, you will respond to roadside assistance calls, tow disabled, illegally parked, or damaged vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to dispatch calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
  • Secure vehicles properly using chains, straps, and wheel lifts to prevent damage.
  • Perform basic roadside services such as jump‑starts, tire changes, lockout, and fuel delivery.
  • Communicate required paperwork, logs, and incident reports accurately.
  • Inspect tow truck daily and report maintenance issues.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's License (CDL may be preferred depending on vehicle type).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Previous towing, trucking or roadside assistance experience preferred but not always required.
  • Ability to operate towing equipment safely.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
