AAA Club Alliance is hiring Roadside Assistance Tow Technicians to join our Fleet Team in Perrysburg, OH. You will assist members with lockouts, fuel delivery, jump starts, and towing, while maintaining safe, professional service from a service vehicle.

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $22.30, full-time roles on 1st and 2nd shifts (weekends included), and overtime during peak seasons. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, training, uniforms,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for the state where you reside.
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical, as required by policy.
• 3 years of automotive/mechanical experience or 3 years in sales/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes.
• Provide tow and recovery services.
• Sell, install, test and perform battery warranty services for Members.
• Communicate with members to keep them informed and safe.
• Enter call information, process payments, and complete reports.
