Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Lexington, KY is hiring full-time Roadside Assistance Technicians to support our members with towing, jumpstarts, lock-out, and tire changes from a service vehicle. You will document calls in-truck systems and work a 2nd shift with weekend requirements.

We offer $22.30/hour base, 10% shift differential, overtime, monthly bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) with company match and tuition reimbursement. Training provided to start.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for resident state; maintain licensing requirements.
• Able to pass DOT and/or company medical screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide tow and recovery services using established guidelines.
• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes.
• Mobile Battery Technicians sell, install, test battery services for Members.
• Communicate with members to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Make sound decisions for safe service and member needs.
• Enter call information into in-truck tech, process payments, and complete reports.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
• Ensure fleet vehicle and equipment are secured when not in use.
• Support AAA during events and promotions.
