Job summary

AAA Lexington is seeking full-time Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team. We provide tow, lock-out, fuel delivery and battery jump-start services in all weather, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and overtime.

The 2nd shift includes a 10% shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. Requirements include at least 21 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside; and maintain all state and local licensing requirements.
• Ability to pass a physical examination as required by DOT and/or Company policy.
• 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, or 3 years in sales/customer service preferred.
• Lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds; use hand tools to service vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide tow and recovery services per guidelines.
• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, tire changes.
• Mobile Battery Technicians sell, install, test, and perform battery warranty services for Members.
• Communicate with members to keep them informed and safe.
• Make sound decisions regarding safe service of vehicles.
• Enter call information into in-truck technology, process payments and reports.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure fleet safe operation.
• Support AAA at events promoting the brand.
