Job summary

McGee Air Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee ground handling operations and lead a diverse team. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and performance, with duties across dispatch, coaching, and customer liaison.

Expect to monitor and adjust operations, produce briefings and reports, and coordinate with leadership to ensure efficient staffing and service excellence at McGee sites. Onsite work with flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience in station operations preferred.
• Ability to lead and communicate with a diverse team.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor ramp operations and fleet performance.
• Coach and mentor teammates to meet safety and metrics.
• Prepare safety and operational briefings for staff and customers.
• Act as liaison between McGee and customers.
• Lead and balance task coverage across shifts.
