Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Reno, NV is seeking Roadside Heroes to operate tow trucks and provide essential roadside services. No towing experience is required as training is provided.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential, along with a customer-first mindset and flexibility to work 8am, 11am, 1pm or 3pm–midnight shifts, including weekends. You will perform diagnostics, assist with tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts while delivering safe, courteous service to members on

Qualifications

• No towing experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to work the listed shifts.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts.
• Build trust and remain calm for members on scene.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing under pressure.
• Demonstrate problem-solving to assess safety and risk.
