Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Reno, NV is seeking Roadside Heroes to operate tow trucks and provide essential roadside services. No towing experience is required as training is provided.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential, along with a customer-first mindset and flexibility to work 8am, 11am, 1pm or 3pm–midnight shifts, including weekends. You will perform diagnostics, assist with tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts while delivering safe, courteous service to members on

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.

Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
