Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is hiring tow operators in Las Vegas, NV. You will join a team delivering roadside assistance and safety on the road. Training is provided, and you start at $22.75 per hour with shift differentials and monthly bonuses.

Ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset, willingness to learn, and can work 4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and willing to learn on the job.
• Ability to work a 4:00 PM – Midnight shift, including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-outs.
• Build trust and remain calm for members on scene.
• Communicate clearly under pressure and assess safety issues.
