AAA Mountain West Group in Fairfield, CA is hiring a Tow Service Specialist to join our roadside heroes. You’ll operate tow trucks safely, perform basic diagnostics, and deliver essential assistance while providing calm, confident support to members.

Starting pay is $25.25 per hour with guaranteed 40 hours weekly, shift differentials, monthly bonuses, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement. Training is provided to help you grow a secure career.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service mindset required.
• Willingness to work 2pm–12:30am, including weekends.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Training provided to build skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-outs.
• Build trust and remain calm for members on scene.
