US Squash is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Tournament Support Coordinator to support the successful delivery of accredited squash competition across the United States.
Each season, US Squash directly delivers more than 20 major championships and supports Tournament Directors and facilities in staging more than 400 accredited tournaments nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tournament Operations, the Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to this national tournament network and US Squash championships.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and will consistently apply US Squash policies and procedures, helping provide a safe, fair, consistent, and high-quality tournament experience.
·Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
·Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic, process-oriented approach to work.
·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence organizing, analyzing, and reconciling data.
·Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
·Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel.
·Experience in sports administration or event management is helpful but not required.
