The 412 Squash Association Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility and its programs. This position is responsible for managing schedules, court bookings, registrations, billing, member communications and customer service inquiries while assisting with program administration, events and facility operations.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for members, students, families, coaches and guests, the Operations Coordinator helps create a welcoming and positive experience for all participants while supporting the continued growth of 412 Squash.
This is a year-round, part-time role requiring 30 to 35 hours per week and is fully eligible for benefits. Weekend coverage is an essential function of the role.
The regular work schedule is generally Thursday through Sunday, with the Operations Coordinator serving as a primary on-site representative during peak facility operating hours.
Actual hours may vary based on programming, tournaments, camps, special events, school activities and facility needs. Evening, holiday and occasional additional hours may be required.
Candidates must be available to work weekends on a consistent basis and be comfortable serving as the primary operational point of contact during periods of high member and program activity.
