First State Squash in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Community Squash Manager to lead youth-focused programming and partnerships. The role collaborates with the Squash Director to plan after-school sessions, weekend calendars, and summer camps while expanding access to squash in the community.
The successful candidate will mentor youth, build relationships with families, and develop revenue-generating programs, at First State Squash.

First State Squash is a not-for-profit youth development organization based in Wilmington, DE. First State Squash seeks to support Wilmington youth to achieve and sustain personal academic success, physical wellness and matriculation and graduation from post-secondary institutions. First State Squash’s year-round program offers longitudinal, tuition-free academic programming, squash instruction and cultural and community service opportunities for over 100 students annually, currently in fifth through twelfth grades.
The Community Squash Manager will:
The successful candidate will bring a passion for inspiring, mentoring, and guiding youth, as well as an enthusiasm for squash and coaching individuals of all ages and levels. FSS’s Community Squash Manager will be provided with the opportunity to play a meaningful role in an emerging youth development program, and the ability to build their own squash program.

Salary: Base salary, commensurate with experience, alongside attractive revenue-sharing opportunities including but not limited to private lessons, clinics, and camps.
Benefits: A generous benefits plan includes health & dental coverage and a 3% Simple IRA match.
Vacation: The position includes 5 weeks of paid vacation annually (with some restrictions) and 5 personal days. Some but not all national holidays are off.
