Arcis Golf is seeking a sales professional to partner with Sales Leadership and drive the tournaments segment from inquiry to closing, maximizing club revenue at Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities include cold outreach, CRM management, and delivering compelling club tours to convert qualified prospects into contracts, while forecasting revenue and identifying trends across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota carrying preferred.
• Proven prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development.
• Manage prospect database and pipeline with detailed notes using CRM.
• Schedule sales calls and activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads.
• Deliver tailored club tours for qualified prospects.
• Execute sales strategies with timely follow-up to close deals.
• Ask for the sale, negotiate terms, and execute contracts with individuals and organizations.
• Forecast revenue, monitor bookings, and identify trends.
