Job summary

Arcis Golf at Angel Park Golf Club in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Sales Director to lead the end-to-end sales process for membership and tournaments, driving revenue growth and new business acquisition. You will develop prospecting plans, conduct client tours, and coordinate with departments to craft customized experiences that close high-value memberships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business.
• Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading others preferred.
• Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence.
• Effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute prospecting and marketing plans for membership sales.
• Schedule calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline and close deals.
• Conduct tours of the club for qualified prospects and coordinate with other departments.
• Establish client base of organizations, associations, and corporate groups through direct sales.
• Represent the club at trade shows and public forums.
• Manage prospect database and pipeline with detailed CRM notes.
• Drive lead generation through cold-calling and external business development.
• Maintain communication with club and sales support through forecasting and sales reviews.
• Conduct quarterly competitive market analysis for pricing and revenue growth.
