Job summary

SanTan Brewing Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Tour Guide and Event MC/Host to join our team. You will lead guided tours of our brewery and distillery, entertain guests as an MC, and drive brand engagement through promotions and sampling.

A passion for craft beer, hospitality, and teamwork is essential. The role emphasizes high energy, excellent communication, and flexibility for weekend and event schedules, with opportunities to advance and participate in supplemental shifts for bar/

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to regularly work weekends, night events and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize well; outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and willing to pitch in and help wherever most needed.
• Bingo hosting experience a plus.
• Familiar with POS systems; Toast POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of the brewery and distillery; learn and keep up to date with the tour script.
• Generate excitement and promote brand awareness to increase product sales during tours and events.
• Assist bartenders with merchandise and tour-ticket sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payments and exchanges.
• Provide excellent guest experience and safe, positive work environment.
