Job summary

SanTan Brewing Co. – Downtown Chandler is hiring for front of house hosts and hostesses to welcome guests, seat parties, and manage phone reservations as part of a 100+ staff operation. You will work in a lively craft brewery and restaurant environment with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Ideal candidates have prior hosting or receptionist experience, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork. Typical hours range from 9am to 1am on a staggered basis, with occasional overtime as needed;

Qualifications

• Prior Host or Receptionist experience recommended.
• Positive, outgoing personality with reliable attendance.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests at the door and seating parties.
• Answering calls, taking reservations, and coordinating seating.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work station and handling cash/POS transactions.
• Supporting daily operations and working with a team of 100+ staff.
