Job summary

SanTan Brewing Co. – Downtown Chandler is hiring front of house support staff for daily operations. You will join a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager, with emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

Strong candidates will bring a positive attitude, punctuality, weekend/night availability, and prior host or receptionist experience. Work involves kitchen-pub communication and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience as host or receptionist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders to ensure quality and timely service.
• Act as the primary communicator between the kitchen and pub.
• Maintain food safety standards.
• Prepare to-go food orders accurately.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with minor cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
