Rock City Gardens in Lookout Mountain, GA, seeks an enthusiastic Tour Guide to bring its history, legends, and natural beauty to life through engaging, guided experiences for guests, school groups, and events.

You will share stories, answer questions, and help guests enjoy a memorable visit while ensuring safety and a welcoming atmosphere around Rock City’s attractions and scenic views.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, education, customer service, or other guest-facing roles preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to small groups.
• Ability to learn and share information in an engaging way.
• Professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
