Job summary

Rock City Gardens is seeking an Operations Partner to support daily guest operations, directing traffic in parking areas and keeping grounds clean, safe, and attractive. You will ensure a positive guest experience by assisting visitors and maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the site.

Responsibilities include opening and closing trails, monitoring guests, keeping restrooms clean, and assisting with special events and setup across Grandview, Pavilion, and Carter Cliffs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-to-one and small group settings.
• Ability to perform basic math functions using units of American money.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for partner 18+.

Responsibilities

• Open and close trails for daily operations.
• Maintain grounds and facilities, keeping them clean and litter-free.
• Monitor guests and provide directions, information, or assistance as needed.
• Clean and service restrooms on a scheduled basis.
• Direct traffic in parking areas and assist with special events.
