Job summary

Feld Entertainment is seeking a Tour Business Manager to oversee financial management for its live entertainment shows in the U.S. and abroad. The role coordinates with corporate, tour staff, and venues to ensure on-site costs align with contracts and budgets.

You will review contracts, validate box office statements, manage expenses and payroll inputs, and prepare settlements. This fast-paced position requires strong Excel skills, multitasking, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience with functional ownership, including planning, execution, performance management, and decision-making within a business area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work on a broad range of financial/accounting projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with ownership, initiative, and independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between corporate, tour, and venue for assigned engagements and address on-site issues and costs.
• Review engagement contracts & addenda for terms and conditions.
• Review and validate box office statements documenting ticket sales and distribution.
• Prepare a preliminary "pre-settlement" for each engagement and conduct final settlements with promoters or venues.
• Manage local show expenses, taxes, performer fees, and personnel manifests for tax reporting.
• Assist with payroll data and daily/weekly/post-engagement reporting; manage travel and expense processes.
