Job summary

Feld Entertainment, Inc. seeks a Tour Business Manager to serve as the primary financial manager for live entertainment shows in the USA and abroad.

The role requires close coordination with Show Managers, Promoters, Routing & Tours, and venues to resolve on-site issues and enforce contract terms. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, validating box office statements, managing tickets, and overseeing settlements, expenses, taxes, and payroll-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with ownership of planning, execution and performance within a business area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple financial/accounting projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with initiative, flexibility, and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between corporate, tour, and venue; address on-site issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Review engagement contracts and addenda for terms and conditions.
• Review and validate box office statements; administer and track complimentary tickets.
• Prepare preliminary pre-settlement covering contractual provisions and costs.
• Conduct final settlements with local promoter or venue for each engagement.
• Manage local show expenses, taxes, performer fees, and personnel manifests.
• Review expenses, ensure approvals, and submit for payment; monitor budgets.
