Job summary

Feld Entertainment seeks a Tour Business Manager to serve as the primary financial manager for live entertainment shows in the USA and abroad. You will liaise among corporate, tour, and venues; review contracts; validate ticket statements; manage expenses, payroll prep, and settlements; and oversee local show budgets and tax reporting.

The role requires 2–4 years' finance experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience with ownership of planning, execution, and decision-making within a business area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, initiative, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between corporate, tour, and venue for assigned engagements.
• Review engagement contracts and addenda for terms and conditions.
• Validate box office statements documenting ticket sales and distribution.
• Administer and track usage of complimentary tickets per policies.
• Prepare preliminary pre-settlement covering contractual provisions and costs.
• Conduct final settlements with promoters or venues.
• Maintain full accounting of show expenses, taxes, and performer fees.
• Manage manifests for foreign tax reporting and withholding.
• Facilitate vendor payments with approvals and documentation.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs and assist with budgeting.
• Assist payroll information submission to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare regular reports as required by policies.
• Manage expense report processing and virtual AMEX payments.
• Create and manage purchase orders for tour expenses.
• Assist accounting with monthly accruals for tour costs.
• Perform other projects as assigned.
