Job summary

Pepper Source is seeking a Tote/Pallet Sanitation worker in the United States, Arkansas, Van Buren. The role is on-site, 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm) with overtime based on production needs. The job pays $15.00 per hour and reports to the Department Supervisor.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing totes, drums, and blue pallets, removing standing water, and maintaining clean work areas. High school diploma or GED is required, and English language proficiency is necessary.

Job Title: Tote/Pallet Sanitation

Reports To: Department Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

1st Shift

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm

Overtime required based on production need.

$15.00/hour

Ensures totes, drums, and pallets are cleaned and sanitized by performing the following duties:

  • Cleans and sanitizes totes, drums, and blue pallets.
  • Removes all standing water from the rooms using a squeegee or other available cleaning tool.
  • Cleans designated work areas.
  • Assists with tote and pallet repairs.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills
