Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Packager for first shift to verify quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment. You will perform packing duties, assemble boxes, apply labels, and ensure products meet customer specifications.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and following safety guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Pepper Source is a family-owned company that provides custom sauces, seasonings, and dry coating systems to all of the major poultry companies in the United States as well as the frozen food, meat, and food service industries. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
