Pepper Source is seeking a TQ Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee mixing operations and ensure product quality. You will supervise staff, monitor sanitation, and verify critical batch parameters while complying with safety standards.
The role requires a GED or high school diploma, strong English reading/writing skills, and the ability to handle repetitive, heavy lifting in a fast-paced food processing environment. You will be responsible for accurate paperwork and timely production.

Hours: 2:45pm-11:15pm
Overtime required based on production need.
$21.00/hour
Operates or directs other workers to operate mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties:
