Aon is seeking an Associate Partner, Total Rewards to join our Strategic Advisory practice. You will help clients solve rewards challenges across governance, strategy, and M&A, leveraging benchmarking data and analytical tools.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in rewards design, survey methodology (conjoint and non-conjoint), metrics to assess program effectiveness, and the ability to win consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing rewards-related business challenges and driving alignment.
• Expertise in designing and delivering employee reward surveys (conjoint and non-conjoint).
• Ability to analyze survey results and identify reward strategies.
• Understanding metrics to assess rewards programs' effectiveness (alignment, competitiveness, DEI).
• Ability to sell rewards-related consulting engagements and demonstrate value.
• Ability to lead or contribute in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Aon Is Looking For an Associate Partner, Total Rewards

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Strategic Advisory practice! This practice leads Aon’s human capital consulting in three key areas: Total Rewards, Mergers & Acquisitions and Communication.

The candidate can work Virtually in the Continental United States with a strong preference for someone in the Northeast or Chicagoland area!

The Associate Partner will be helping clients to solve related business challenges through sophisticated analytical tools and benchmarking data. The candidate should have comfort across a variety of business situations, including reward strategy, governance and M&A related activities.

• Experience in analyzing and solving rewards-related business challenges. Such as attracting, engaging and retaining employees and driving performance while addressing affordability and delivery considerations.
• Particular expertise in the design and delivery of employee-focused reward surveys, including both conjoint and non-conjoint survey tools.
• Analyze the survey results and identify specific rewards-related strategies for improving the overall effectiveness of rewards.
• An understanding of the use of metrics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs. This includes metrics related to alignment to strategy, competitiveness, DEI, employee values, financial performance and productivity.
• The position also requires the ability to sell these rewards-related consulting engagements. This is done by effectively demonstrating our value proposition and differentiating our capabilities.
• Optimally work as a leader or member of a team and to collaborate with subject-matter experts across the firm.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $215,000 to $240,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
