Job summary

Pretium Packaging seeks a Director, Total Rewards to define compensation philosophy, governance, and programs across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, and executives to ensure competitive, equitable pay levels and incentive design.

You’ll build a standardized job architecture, market-based salary structures, and analytics to support decisions. This role emphasizes infrastructure building and data-driven leadership in a multi-site manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive Total Rewards or compensation experience.
• Experience designing and administering enterprise compensation programs.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compensation strategy, governance, and advisory support to HR and leadership.
• Build job architecture, leveling, and career progression across multiple sites.
• Design and maintain salary structures, market pricing, and incentive programs.
• Oversee annual merit and compensation planning and pay equity analysis.
• Strengthen data integrity in HRIS and compensation processes.
