Job summary

GCI is seeking a Specialist, Total Rewards to support administration and delivery of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and wellness initiatives. Ensures accurate program administration, regulatory compliance, and positive employee experience through responsive customer service and operational excellence.

You will assist with enrollment, inquiries, and coordination with Payroll and HRIS to ensure data accuracy, while supporting vendor relations and wellness

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admin, HR, benefits, payroll, or operational support work.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree meets education requirement or higher.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Total Rewards including benefits and compensation information.
• Support new hire benefits orientation and eligibility reviews.
• Assist with annual enrollment, compensation increase cycles, and related processes.
• Respond to Total Rewards inquiries via email, voicemail, in person, or virtually.
• Maintain contact with vendors and employees to support Total Rewards programs.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate submission data.
• Assist with Wellness Program eligibility reporting and communications.
