Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to administer benefits, wellness and compensation programs across the U.S. and Canada. You will serve as a key resource for associates and business partners, resolving enrollment issues and auditing benefits data while supporting compliance and retirement plan administration.

The role may require occasional travel and provides administrative support to the compensation team, contributing to engagement and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee benefits and total rewards.
• Knowledge of health and welfare benefits and retirement plans.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation with HRIS and payroll.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in payroll deductions and records.
• Clear communication and service-oriented collaboration with HR, Payroll and vendors.
• Ability to manage Open Enrollment and multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits across the U.S. and Canada.
• Respond to associate questions on health, welfare, retirement, and leave.
• Support annual open enrollment, including communications and audits.
• Partner with vendors, brokers, consultants and third-party admins for service and compliance.
• Conduct eligibility, enrollment, payroll deduction and compliance audits.
