Job summary

CPB Group is seeking a Total Rewards Administrator I in Honolulu, HI to support the administration and delivery of compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee rewards programs.

The role ensures Total Rewards programs are administered accurately and efficiently, while maintaining data integrity and compliance, and serving as a resource for internal customers and vendors throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or related work experience.
• 3+ years Total Rewards, compensation, and/or benefits experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and internal/external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, including salary changes and other actions.
• Maintain compensation data, salary ranges, and employee records.
• Assist with merit, bonus, and incentive processes.
• Prepare compensation reports and analyses for decision making.
• Execute benefits programs and enrollment processes.
• Support HR data audits and reporting.
• Provide HR support and respond to employee queries.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
