Banco de Credito e Inversiones in Miami, FL, is seeking a Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist to lead compensation, benefits, and payroll operations across a multi-state workforce. You will own open enrollment, benchmarking, and annual merit cycles to attract and retain talent.

The role requires strong HRIS and payroll system expertise, advanced Excel, and the ability to work with Finance on budgeting and forecasting. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPP and/or CCP certifications highly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR, payroll, and budgeting experience.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and HRIS software (ADP/Workday/UKG).

Responsabilités

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.
• Administer health, retirement plans and open enrollment activities.
• Benchmark market data to maintain competitive pay programs.
• Forecast budgets and collaborate with Finance on headcount planning.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.
