Job summary

ECMC Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing for multiple states, administer benefits, and support data integrity across the payroll and benefits platforms. The role partners with HRIS and the Total Rewards team to resolve discrepancies, run reports, and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 2+ years of payroll experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of payroll experience using a large ERP system.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic analytic functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data accuracy, analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll processing for biweekly payroll (multi-state, exempt and non-exempt).
• Review and validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Process off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and deductions.
• Process employee benefits changes and enrollments.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support data analysis for stakeholders.
