Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Payroll & Total Rewards Coordinator to manage payroll execution, benefits administration, and compensation reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or related fields, with 2-4 years of payroll experience, particularly in multi-state environments.

You will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll and ensuring data integrity across payroll and HR programs. Strong analytical and Excel skills are necessary for generating accurate reports and supporting management.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in multi-state environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles including audits.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and support payroll adjustments.
• Generate reports from payroll and HRIS systems.
• Maintain payroll system functionality and data integrity.
